After being a rep for Avon off and on for the last 25yrs. Four years ago I decided after talking to Debbie Davis to go for Sales Leader-Ship and start to build my own business. After only a few weeks I knew it was not only what I wanted to do with my life , but I could see it was going to change my life. My husband joined me in my business a year later and started to build his own team.

In 2011 my husband became the first male Executive Sales leader in Northern Ireland and I began the 1st EVER Senior Executive Sales leader in Northern Ireland. We have now not only changed our lives, and increased our earnings more than we could ever have imagined, but have now won three holidays. Our 1st holiday was to Monte Carlo and was an amazing holiday.

I am a mum of 2 and my boys mean the world to me.

Prior to becoming a mum, I worked full time as a Management Accountant and I loved my job! But then my world changed the moment I held my first son. How was I ever going to trust anyone to look after this precious gift? I knew I still had to earn an income as there were bills to be paid, moreover I needed money to look after this little one.

Was there a way to earn enough money to give my children a good life AND still have the time freedom to be with them? My search began... I looked at every opportunity and tried out a few. To be honest, I never considered Avon initially simply because I felt it was outdated. What a shock I got when I came across the AVON MILLIONAIRE on GMTV news!

My determination to find a role model and mentor within the UK home business industry had led me to Debbie Davis and David Carter. I read tonnes of articles about them and concluded I had to join their team. If you wish you to be successful, find a successful person and copy them.

Now a part of this winning team, the support I get from my uplines is second to none.

I am definitely on track to realising my dream and in the process I am helping other people achieve theirs.

I rejoined Avon in January 2011 after having left the company for a year. I had previously been with the company since 2004 in various roles including Representative, Sales Leader and finally an Area Manager. Unfortunately personal circumstances meant that I was unable to continue in my job as a manager so I left and went to work in a 'proper job'.

Having been self-employed in the past, I found working in a normal 9-5 job very hard! I wasn't used to being told what to do, and found everything so inflexible it made me realise how lucky I had been working for Avon. Coming back to Avon last year was the best decision I have made, and I can't thank Dave and Debbie enough for all the help and support they have given me.

I might not be earning a fortune just yet, but I'm happy, not stressed and I'm doing a job I love!

Hi, my name is Dennis and I joined AVON in October 2010. Before joining AVON I worked as an engineer for over 25 years and all I can say is…I wish I had joined AVON sooner!

My first year has been pretty successful and although I have worked hard, I owe a lot of thanks to my upline Sales Leaders Debbie Davis and David Carter. Without their help and support I wouldn’t have achieved as much recognition nor would I have achieved such a high status in such a short length of time.

We joined Avon after watching the success that David and Debbie were having. We learnt very quickly from the help and support that we continue to receive that we had made the right decision. We both qualified as Sales Leaders within our first respective campaigns with Paul achieving Advanced Sales Leader status in his second campaign.

We now have a very strong front line of representatives with some fantastic retailing stories in there.

The dominos are lined up for 2012 and are already starting to tumble in our favour, and after a busy start to 2012 it looks like this is going to be a fantastic year.

We joined Avon in May 2011 because we wanted to build a business that would give us a good income whilst being flexible enough to work around our existing commitements.

Since joining Avon we have worked at building our own customer base and also helping to assist a growing team of independent representatives to reach their goals within the Avon business.

In a very short time we have found that the Avon name is a very well respected brand name that customers are happy to buy from ( the products sell themselves), so you do not have to be a sales person, you just have to put in the effort to get the brochure in front of potential customers. In a short space of time we have already found 50 regular customers, spending between £400 - £600 every 3 weeks.

The back up from the company is exceptional, and anyone could become an independant representative and either earn an extra few pounds to help out with everyday expenses or become a sales leader and start to create a larger income.

Avon has rewarded us for our efforts and invited us to be pampered at the beautiful Luton Hoo Hotel.

My Mum had just died, I had just turned 50, had worked as an accountant for the last 25 years and our family business was struggling. I needed a change and a way to make some extra money.

I looked at Avon on-line and was surprised to find out that it was multi level marketing and was amazed at what people were earning.

I joined Debbie and Dave's team about 18 months ago. I now make a second income doing something I enjoy and can fit it round my fulltime job. I have also won several prizes the latest being a break at a spa.

I really enjoy. Avon and the flexibility it gives me and I intend to make it my full time job soon.

I joined Avon as a representative in 2003, simply to earn some extra money for my daughters ballet lessons she wanted, as I had given up my full time job as an estate agent and my then husband said I didn’t need to work, but hated asking him for money!

My aim was to have a job to work around my children, finding work was difficult, so Avon has been fantastic in fitting in with my life.

In 2004 Avon brought in sales leadership, I immediately wanted to do this as yet again it fitted in with myself and my family. Within 14 campaigns I reached executive level, hard work paid off. I had fantastic support at the time from fellow sales leaders and managers to help me grow my business on a part time basis.

Due to personal reasons in 2010 I decided Avon had to take a back seat and I resigned. I re-joined last year and with the support, help, encouragement from Debbie and Dave I am now building my team again, thank you.

I began building up a new team of representatives on Public Transport as I didn’t drive. This proved to me, so I can tell others, hard work pays off and although easier to drive it is not essential to running your own buisness.

I am now on the road with a car and travel everywhere to simply meet new people, show, support and explain what I do. It has re-built my confidence again and without Debbie and Dave I would not have had this opportunity to grow my business.
