HOW MUCH DOES IT COST TO JOIN AVON?
Joining Avon comes with no up-front fees. There is an admin fee of £16 in total, of which £10 will be taken from the earnings of your first campaign and £6 from you second order only.
WHAT IF I WANT TO LEAVE AVON?
Its a simple process, you just need to get in touch with your Avon sales leader to inform them of your change in circumstances.
HOW MUCH WILL I EARN FROM WORKING FOR AVON?
Avon commission earnings range from 20% to 25% of all your customer's Avon orders. The higher your total order value the higher your earnings will be.
HOW AM I PAID FROM AVON?
Once you place your Avon order, it will be delivered to your home for delivery to your Avon customers. The money left over from your customers once you have paid Avon is ALL YOURS.
HOW AND WHEN DO I PAY FOR MY AVON ORDER?
You have several options on how to pay. AVON will send you an invoice with a Giro slip attached that you can take with you to pay with cash at a local Post Office or Bank. Alternatives include paying online when you place your next order or simply call AVON and pay over the phone.
DO I HAVE TO COVER A PARTICULAR AREA WORKING FOR AVON?
Not if you dont want to. We can recruit you as a Friends & family (networking) Avon representative. We do have areas available for those that would like to expand their Avon customer lists.
WHAT KIND OF HELP WILL I GET FROM AVON AND UK REPRESENTATIVES?
You will recieve as much help and guidance as you need during your Avon success. Your Avon Sales Leader and I are readily available by phone or email.
CAN I MISS AN AVON CAMPAIGN?
While it is possible to miss an Avon campaign, it is generally better to put in an order each time, however small. As you are running your own account all you need to do is inform your Avon Sales Leader.
HOW OFTEN DO I HAVE TO PLACE AN ORDER WITH AVON?
Avon orders are placed every three weeks to coincide with each new brochure. You will be given a specific date that your order needs to be placed by and when your order will be delivered.
DO I PAY FOR DELIVERIES OR RETURNS?
No. Provided your Avon order is placed on time they will be delivered to your preferred location FREE of charge. You give your returns to the delivery driver to take back to AVON at the same time they deliver your order to you. You must make sure you have a signature on the returns form to prove the driver has taken the returns with him.
CAN I RETURN A USED AVON PRODUCT?
Yes. There is a 100% 28 day money back guarantee for you and your customers. If a customer whats to return a product for any reason you simply take the product back and return them their money. You can remove this cost from the money you owe AVON and return the product with your next delivery.
DO I NEED TO DRIVE TO SELL AVON?
There is no need to drive as an AVON Representative. Where possible, we will try and allocate you an area within walking distance, and of course you can still sell to your neighbours, family and friends
WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN AN AVON REPRESENTATIVE AND AN AVON SALES LEADER?
As an AVON Representative you find and serve your own Avon customer base. Your commission is based on your customer's orders. If you become an Avon Sales Leader you recruit, train and coach the next generation of AVON Representatives, they will each earn their own commission and you will also earn a life long commission from their Avon orders.
