I began as an Avon Representative in Oct 2010 while studying at university and working part-time. My Avon sales were doing really well and I was asked if I wanted to become an Avon sales leader in February 2012. At first, I wasn't too sure as I was already working part-time and had a little one to look after - but the benefits of working for Avon made it seem like an opportunity I shouldn't pass up.
And so, I started my journey as an Avon Sales Leader and couldn't believe how quickly my business took off. I managed to build up a great Avon team in such a short space of time. I began thinking I could actually quit my job and do Avon full-time and work for something so close to my heart - a sensory room for my blind son who is two. Working in a 'normal' job I'd never be able to save enough money to build a sensory room so Avon seemed like the answer.
In August 2012, I built up a big enough team to be able to quit my job and do Avon Sales Leadership full time. It was a huge decision but the best one I ever made. I am now and Avon Executive Sales Leader and next year will be the year that I'll finally have a fantastic sensory room for my little boy.
Anything is possible with Avon with a little hard work.
